We have a simple agent login portal, where all the leads are accessible along with their contact information plus the fully recorded conversation of the seller with the ISA. The portal is a one page easy to read platform that can be used by anyone without any expertise or hard to read manuals.
After we are done scheduling an appointment for you. The Lead Generation Team will upload the lead to the portal and you will automatically get a text notification that there's a new lead available for you in the system.
We generate traffic and volume from search engine optimization like Google, yahoo, website ads, bloggers, Home Sellers we have worked with and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. Then we have a team of ISAs to call these Home sellers and ask them about the qualifying questions (Like how many bedrooms, Bathrooms, asking price for the property, The property is appraised or not, what’s the reason for selling, How soon they are selling) and then the Verifiers team reconfirm all the information to make sure we don’t waste our realtors’ precious time, and the Quality team make sure that everything is good as it’s supposed to be.
We are guaranteeing at least one month but on average realtors are getting 3 to 5 leads a month, we also had a realtor who got 38 leads in one month so at the end of the day it really depends on your areas and the local market conditions.
After you sign you, we need some time to make your profile in our system, share your servicing radius with our marketing team. After that we will start the advertisments in your area and once we get the submissions, we will start calling these people and schedule appointments for you. This whole process takes us about 7 to 14 days more or less.
A comprehensive recorded discussion with each and every customer in which they express their desire to sell their property and their lack of involvement with any other realtor is sent to you as an answer with every prospect that you get from our side.
LeadLynx charges a small subscription to make sure that we can provide you the continuous service on our portal and maintain your profile with a dedicated team of customer support individuals. LeadLynx does not charge anything for the advertisements or Lead Generation from the realtors, that is all covered by us.
We reach out to a realtor only when the area is free and clear to ensure that we can provide you with the leads exclusively. If we have an overwhelming response from an area, then we will sign up two or more agents within a 50-mile radius but the leads will still be exclusive to all of them.
We wish we could provide you with test services, but we do not work on pre generated or old leads. Lead Lynx only focuses on generating fresh and interested sellers to make sure that the intent of the seller is genuine.
No, we have a simple referral agreement that clearly states you can work with us for as long as you want, whether it be a month or if you like the service; a lifetime!
Lead Lynx can collect the 15%, in two ways, either we can collect it by providing you with a W-9 Form of one of our licensed broker or we can collect the 15% as a marketing incentive by directly collecting the fee from the realtor after they get paid. Which is convenient for most of the realtors after they are done sharing their split with their brokerage or any other fee they incurred during the listing.
In case if there is a delay to provide you with the leads in a month, we will try our best to cover the deficit in the next month. Sometimes the delays can be expected because of the competitive nature of the market and ensuring that there are sellers that are actually looking to sell.
